The Institute of Essential Psychotherapy is based in Hennef.
It is headed by Wolfgang Erhardt, a psychological psychotherapist based in Bonn.
The deputy head (procuration) lies with Dr. med. med Tilmann Borghardt, a meditation teacher living in Freiburg.
Many years of exchange with different traditions in the Buddhadharma and different psychotherapeutic methods have made an integration possible – into personal psychotherapeutic work and into one methodology – the essential psychotherapy.
